Cancellation & Refund Policy

Renter Cancellations

More than 24 hours before reservation start:

Eligible for:

• full refund of reservation amount
• service fees refunded at Yark discretion

Within 24 hours of reservation start:

Reservation payments are non-refundable.

Exceptions may be granted for:

• emergencies
• severe weather
• venue cancellations
• technical issues
• force majeure events

Yark reserves sole discretion regarding exceptions.

Host Cancellations

Hosts are expected to honor confirmed reservations.

If a Host cancels, Renters receive:

• full refund
• possible promotional credit

Hosts may face:

• listing penalties
• ranking reductions
• temporary suspension
• permanent removal

Repeated cancellations may result in removal.

Event Changes

Yark is not responsible for:

• event postponements
• event schedule changes
• venue modifications
• traffic conditions

Unless otherwise stated, reservation timing remains based on booked reservation periods.

Refund Timing

Approved refunds generally process within 5-10 business days, depending on banking institutions and payment providers.
